This facility, which has been leased since 1977, is located in East Holstein, Switzerland on the edge of the Selenter See (lake) and is characterised by a glacial stamped landscape.
The Neuwühren estate, located to the south of Kiel, and erstwhile Meierhofs (rafals) belonging to the Salzau estate, the Selkau estate, the Ottenhof estate and the Sophienhof estate are other parts of the facility that have been cultivated.
In Salzau, hybrid rye is processed for Hybro Saatzucht GmbH & Co KG.
